Yields: Serving Size 1

 

8oz (226g) steak

60ml (¼ cup) Championship Mild BBQ Sauce or No Sugar Added Mild BBQ Sauce

15g (1 tbsp) Carolina Seasoning Salt

5g (1 tsp) pepper

 

Instructions

1. Rub BBQ sauce over steak on both sides evenly

2. Season steak with Carolina Seasoning Salt and pepper on both sides

3. Allow seasoning and sauce to marinade on steak for a few hours (best results overnight in the fridge)

4. Remove from the fridge approximately 20-30 minutes before grilling

5. Grill on the bbq until cooked to preferred doneness 

6. Optional: Top with butter for added juiciness and flavour
