Everything Chicken Crust Pizza

This protein packed pizza is full of flavour and low in carbs thanks to its chicken-base crust. You can get a zero carb pizza crust ready for dinner tonight using our delicious Everything Bagel Seasoning! Add on whatever toppings you want to really make it your own! If you want to sweeten the deal without the sugar, drizzle our No Sugar Added Mild BBQ Sauce over top for the perfect add-on to pizza night!

Yields: 1 pizza (single serving)



110g Canned Chicken

1 Large Egg

¼ cup (60g) grated parmesan cheese

½ cup (125ml) Marinara Sauce

¼ cup (60g) cheese (shredded)

2 tbsp (30g) red onion

2 tbsp (30g) olives (sliced)

⅛ cup (30g) mushrooms

1 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning (extra if you want to sprinkle more on the edges)



1) Preheat oven to 450 degrees

2) Place canned chicken on a baking sheet and pull apart as much as possible

3) Place chicken in the oven for 8-10 minutes to remove as much moisture as possible

4) While chicken is baking, red onions can also be sautéed during this time to soften slightly

6) Once chicken is done in the oven, remove and reduce oven heat to 400 degrees

7) Add chicken to egg, parmesan cheese, and bagel seasoning

8) Mix these ingredients together until well combined

9) Place mixture onto a greased baking sheet and pack together to create the crust

10) Place in the oven for 10 minutes until edges have crisped

11) Remove and add on marinara, cheese, and all other toppings

12) Place in the oven until cheese has melted and let cool slightly
