I have recently placed an order with Buster Rhino's and was wondering about delivery times?
We aim to get your package out as soon as possible. Due to an unexpectedly high volume of orders we are currently packing within 3 - 7 business days, then it's shipped. If you have any questions about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
I received my order and there was a pork rind with green / purple / blue on it, is it safe?
The strange colour you may see on a rind is a food safe ink that is used by meat packing plants to show products as having been inspected. Sometimes you see the same stamp on the outside of a roast as well. We do our best to remove these from the process, the odd time they will sneak through our inspection process. They are safe to eat, they just look weird.
I ordered pork rinds and some bags seemed to be filled less than others?
We package by weight, each bag has a minimum of 40gs of finished rinds within the bag. During the production process and packaging there will be the odd bag that ends up getting all small pieces in it. We try to eliminate this, sometimes it is unavoidable.
What does "Awaiting Fulfillment" mean?
Buster Rhino's is a small family owned meat packing plant, which means all of our products are small batch. This takes time, since we make all the pork rinds from scratch, including the initial drying phase, it may take longer than expected depending on the volume of orders. What does this mean for you, you receive the freshest possible product available. We do our best to fill orders as quick as possible. Once we ship your product we will email you a tracking code immediately, and it will change to "Shipping" or"Awaiting Pickup"
Do you have an actual store front I can visit?
Yes we do, it's at 2001 Thickson Rd. S. in Whitby, Unit 7. From the 401 Exit at Thickson Rd, go south for about 2 km until you hit Wentworth. Turn left at Wentworth (east), then an immediate left on Scotia Court (north), then an immediate left into the first driveway, and then left around the building almost to the end. We can be reach at 905-436-6986 ext 1 from 10am until 8pm Monday to Saturday. We are open Sundays from 12 - 4.

I was missing a product with my shipment?
Unfortunately this may happen. We do try to ensure that every shipment is correct there might be a shipment where we miss a single product. Due to the high shipping costs in Canada we refund the product amount, or we provide a store credit.
