This low carb loaf uses ingredients that keep this bread Keto-friendly and full of flavour thanks to our Miss E’s Everything Bagel Seasoning. Not just for bagels, this seasoning can be used on bread loaves, sprinkled over grilled meats, or sauteed veggies! Follow the simple instructions below for how to make an easy Keto Everything Bread Loaf.
Yields: 6 slices
⅓ cup (75g) ground psyllium husk powder
1¼ cups (125g) almond flour
3 egg whites
2 tsp (10g) baking powder
2 tsp cider vinegar
1 tsp (5g) sea salt
1 cup water
Preheat oven to 350F
Spray a bread pan with non-stick spray and set aside
In a small pot, boil water
In a large bowl, miix all the dry ingredients (except bagel seasoning)
Add vinegar and egg whites to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Add boiling water, while blending with a hand mixer for approximately 20-30 seconds.
Place dough mixture into the greased bread
Sprinkle Miss E’s Bagel Seasoning over top of the dough
Bake in the oven for approximately 45-60 minutes (cooking times vary). The dough should be golden brown.
Let cool slightly before removing from the pan and slicing
