Low Carb Big Mac Salad

This low carb Big Mac salad recipe is like a healthier version of McDonald’s well-known burger. This Keto-friendly Big Mac salad recipe (AKA a cheeseburger salad recipe) is a classic combination of beef burger (you can also use ground beef), crisp romaine lettuce, juicy tomatoes, rich shredded cheese, and salty pickles. We even created a Keto-friendly Big Mac dressing and added on our No Sugar Added Ketchup! Follow along to make this easy Keto Big Mac Salad!


Yields: 1 Serving



1 Beef Burger Patty (or 150g ground beef) - cooked

2 cups (100g) romaine lettuce (chopped)

¼ cup (50g) tomato (diced)

¼ cup (50g) cup pickles (diced)

¼ cup (30g) shredded cheese

3 tbsp (15g) red onion (diced)

*Salt and Pepper to taste



2 tbsp (30ml) mayonnaise 

1 tbsp (15ml) Georgia Mustard

1 tbsp (15ml) No Sugar Added Ketchup

¼ tsp (5g) Carolina Seasoning Salt



  1. Cook burger (or ground beef) in a skillet over high heat and season with salt and pepper. 

  2. Meanwhile, chop all salad ingredients and place in a large bowl

  3. Once burger/ beef has been cooked, set aside to cool slightly and prepare your dressing.

  4. Combine the dressing ingredients to a small bowl and whisk until well combined

  5. Place burger/ ground beef into salad bowl with other salad ingredients and toss with dressing
