Pork Rind Nachos

Keto nachos make it possible to enjoy tasty nachos on a low carb diet or if you are looking for a high protein meal idea. Simply substitute the tortilla chips with our crunchy pork rinds! Our pork rinds come in so many delicious flavours that the old nachos you used to eat, won’t even compare! Plus our Habanero BBQ Sauce turns the heat up on these!


Yields: 1-2 Servings



40g (1 bag) Pork Rinds (Flavour options: Nacho, Jalapeno, Salted)

½ cup (60g) shredded tex mex cheese

50g ground beef (pre-cooked)

15g (1 stalk) green onion

¼ (50g) avocado

30g red pepper

30ml (2 tbsp) Hot or Habanero BBQ Sauces (we used No Sugar Added Holy Habanero BBQ Sauce in this recipe)



  1. Preheat your oven to 400F. 

  2. Grease an oven-safe dish with olive oil. 

  3. Spread the pork rinds in a single layer on the prepared dish. 

  4. Top with the cooked ground beef, then sprinkle the veggies and shredded cheese evenly on top. 

  5. Bake until the cheese is melted, approximately 5 minutes. 

  6. Drizzle with Habanero BBQ Sauce then serve with sour cream, guacamole, and/or salsa.
