Savoury BBQ Burgers

Get ready for a mouthwatering burger recipe that will definitely be on repeat for months to come! Packed with BBQ flavour, these burgers are delicious, low carb, and offer the perfect sweet and salty taste. Top with a bun, your favourite veggies, and some of our no sugar added ketchup! Follow this easy dinner recipe for what is sure to be a hit at the dinner table! PS. They make for even tastier leftovers for lunch!


Yields: Serving Size #6


500g (1lb) lean ground beef

20g (½ bag) Savoury BBQ Pork Rinds

236ml (1 cup) No Sugar Added Mild BBQ Sauce or Championship Mild BBQ Sauce

10g (1/2 tbsp) salt

10g (1/2 tbsp) pepper



1. Preheat oven to 425F

2. Crush pork rinds into smaller pieces and set aside (you can use  blender or do it by hand)

3. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, bbq sauce, salt and pepper

4. Add in pork rinds evenly throughout the mixture, folding in small amounts at a time

5. Form into patties and place on a greased baking sheet or baking rack

6. Place in the oven and cook for 40 minutes or until cooked throughout (approximately 160F internal temperature)

7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before consuming
