Make sushi Keto-friendly with this delicious and easy recipe! You don’t need to miss out on sushi rolls anymore with this low carb sushi recipe using our Miss E’s Bagel Seasoning. It adds hints of garlic and sesame, making this roll the perfect meal idea when you’re looking for a sushi night in!
Yields: 1 Serving/ Roll
100g cauliflower rice
45g light cream cheese
1 piece of nori paper
¼ large avocado
Sauté riced cauliflower with cream cheese to soften
Place in the fridge to cool for at least 20 minutes
When “rice” has cooled, place 1 piece of sushi nori paper down on a cutting board
Spread rice over half of the paper
Place 1 piece of smoked salmon on top
Sprinkle our Buster Rhino’s Miss E’s Everything Bagel Seasoning on top of salmon
Slice cucumber and place on top of salmon and add in avocado
Take the “full end” and slowly roll over to enclose all the sushi roll ingredients.
In order to get the nori paper to stick, you can brush on a bit of water to make it tacky and hold together.
Using a very sharp knife slice into pieces and dip into soy sauce
