Low Carb Pasta Salad

This is a delicious Keto dinner idea that is full of flavour! You can add in any veggies or protein you want to fit your lifestyle. Our Carolina Seasoning Salt is the perfect way to add a blend of spices without all the work of creating it yourself. You can make this mouthwatering meal for a delicious low carb appetizer or dinner side dish with a few simple ingredients! Check it out below!


Yields: 2 Servings



40g Pasta Noodles (we used a low carb option; Thin Slim Impastable Penne but any pasta can be used)

1 stalk celery

75g (½ cup) cherry tomatoes (chopped)

½ large avocado (diced)

60g (¼ cup) red onion (chopped)

60g (¼ cup) olives (chopped)

60ml (¼ cup) Mayonnaise 

8g (½ tbsp) Carolina Seasoning Salt



  1. Boil preferred pasta to al dente firmness

  2. Drain and add penne to a large bowl

  3. Chop veggies and add to pasta

  4. Add in mayonnaise and Carolina Seasoning Salt



 - You can add in eggs, chicken, or bacon for added protein. 

 - Toss in some cubed or shredded cheese for added richness
