Low Carb Pork Rind Pizza

This protein packed pizza is full of flavour and low in carbs thanks to its pork rind crust. Using our Keto-friendly pork rinds and a few other simple ingredients, you can get a zero carb pizza crust ready for dinner tonight! Looking for a sweet and savoury combination? Yields: 1 pizza (single serving)

20g (~1/2 Bag) Savoury Pizza Pork Rinds - (40g bag)
110g Canned Chicken
1 Large Egg
125ml (1/2 Cup) Marinara Sauce
60g cheese (shredded)
30g Red Onion
Drizzle of No Sugar Added Mild BBQ Sauce 355ML (app. 15 ml or 1 tbsp) 

1)Peheat oven to 450 degrees
2) Place canned chicken on a baking sheet and pull apart as  much as possible
3) Place chicken in the oven for 8-10 minutes to remove as much moisture as possible
4) While chicken is baking, crush pork rinds by hand into a medium sized bowl or pulse in a blender until broken into smaller pieces then place in bowl
5) Red onions can also be sautéed during this time to soften slightly
6) Once chicken is done in the oven, remove and reduce oven heat to 400 degrees
7) Add chicken to pork rinds and add in egg
8) Mix these ingredients together until well combined
9) Place mixture onto a greased baking sheet and pack together to create the crust
10) Place in the oven for 10 minutes until edges have crisped
11) Remove and add on marinara, cheese, and onion
12) Drizzle with No Sugar Added Mild BBQ Sauce
13) Place in the oven until cheese has melted and let cool slightly
