"Breaded" Stuffed Chicken

This delicious entree is full of flavour and super easy to make! Using our salted pork rinds, you can have low carb breading in 10 seconds! Add your favourite veggies as a side dish for a low carb, keto friendly dinner idea. Don’t forget about our new pantry selections too! Our garlic and oregano really amp up the flavour of this meal!


Yields: 2 Servings


2 chicken breasts (approximately 200g each)

40g Salted Pork Rinds (crushed)

60g cream cheese (room temperature)

50g spinach

2 tbsp olive oil

½ tbsp granulated garlic

½ tbsp oregano

Salt and Pepper to taste




  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Cut chicken breast in half sideways (filet), cover with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper

  3. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, garlic, oregano

  4. In the fileted chicken breast, stuff with spinach and cream cheese mixture

  5. Fold the chicken breast over to enclose the spinach and mixture

  6. Using crushed pork rinds, coat chicken breasts to create the breading on both sides

  7. Place the chicken breasts in the oven for 40 minutes until cooked throughout 

  8. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before enjoying
