A tasty and easy low carb crock pot recipe with our famous no sugar added BBQ sauce! This is the ultimate comfort food that can be made with little prep work and have it ready for you by the time you get home from work. It's savoury with a slight sweetness from the Bourbon BBQ sauce. Add it on a bun, toast, or mix into a stir fry for tons of delicious dinner options.


Yields: 4 Servings


500g (1lb) pork tenderloin

250ml (1 cup) No Sugar Added Bourbon BBQ Sauce

250ml (1 cup) chicken broth

1/2 cup water

5g (1 tsp) Carolina Seasoning Salt

5g (1 tsp) garlic powder

5g (1 tsp) pepper



1. Place 1lbs pork tenderloin in a crock pot

2. Add 1 cup Buster Rhino’s BBQ sauce (we used No Sugar Added Bourbon)

3. Add 1 cup chicken broth and 1/2 cup water

4. Sprinkle in 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp ground pepper, and some Carolina Seasoning Salt

5. Set on low for 8 hours

6. Once cooked, pull pork apart using two forks
