This is the best buffalo chicken dip recipe! Whenever I bring buffalo dip to a dinner or potluck, everyone asks for the recipe. It’s slightly tangy, creamy with a hit of spiciness. This dip tastes just like Buffalo chicken wings. It's best served hot with crackers or celery sticks. Make this easy, Keto friendly dip with just a few ingredients, including our Habanero BBQ Sauce and our new pantry spice Chili Pepper Flakes!
Yields: 4 Servings
125g cream cheese (room temperature)
90g shredded cheese
120g chicken (precooked, cubed)
¼ cup ranch dressing
In a medium sized saucepan, turn on low to medium heat
Add in cream cheese and soften until slightly melted
Add in chicken, ranch dressing, shredded cheese, hot sauce, and Silk Chili
Stir until all ingredients have become a smooth mixture
Remove and place in a bowl, then added additional shredded cheese if desired
You may have extra filling which can be enjoyed in a wrap or spread over a low carb bun for a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich
