Not only super delicious, it's a low carb, Keto-friendly crock pot recipe that uses our no sugar added ketchup that sweetens the deal. Pair this sweet and savoury dish with some low carb vegetables or cauliflower rice for a deconstructed stir fry for dinner. 

Yields: 4 Servings

454g (1lb) Chicken Thighs
250ml (1 Cup) Chicken Broth
125ml (½ Cup) No Sugar Added Ketchup
125ml (½ Cup) Soy Sauce
15g (1 Tbsp) Super Secret XXX Rib Type Rubbin' Mix
5g (½ Tbsp) Garlic Powder
125ml (½ cup) Water

 Directions:

1. Pour chicken broth into crock pot.
2. Add in ketchup, soy sauce, water and garlic powder to broth and stir
3. Place chicken thighs into mix then cover with Super Secret XXX Rib Type Rubbin’ Mix
4. Cover and place on low heat for 8 hours
5. Use extra sauce to cover chicken once cooked or drizzle over vegetables, rice, etc
