Turkey Bacon Egg Frittata

This is a low carb, keto friendly breakfast idea that is easy to grab and go! It’s packed with clean protein and can be stored for a week’s worth of meal prepped breakfasts. Using a few of our seasonings, this breakfast frittata even has a turkey bacon “crust”... talk about tasty! This recipe also happens to be dairy free! You can easily added shredded cheese or any other veggies that you would like!


Yields: 9 Servings


9 eggs 

6 strips of turkey bacon (approximately 200g)

80g broccoli (chopped)

80g green pepper (chopped)

50g red onion (diced)

50g white mushrooms (sliced)

½ tbsp Carolina Seasoning Salt

1 tbsp Miss E’s Bagel Seasoning



  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. In a 9x9 pan, weave turkey bacon slices into one another so that they overlap and intertwine

  3. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes (thickness of bacon may vary cooking times)

  4. While the “crust” is cooking, whisk eggs and all other frittata ingredients together in a large bowl (including seasonings)

  5. Once turkey bacon “crust” has cooked, pour egg mixture over top and place back in the oven for 30 minutes or until cooked throughout
